Chase Davies works the line at Dear Irene, Bend's celebrated progressive dining room inspired by the finest Northwest ingredients. They trained together, and now they're cooking together — for the first time.

Understudy is their debut collaboration: an intimate, multi-course dinner that offers a rare chance to experience two emerging talents at the start of something. Gratuity is included in your ticket price.
